01 — The group

One group. Four operating businesses. One continental network.

SIS Group is the parent. It brings together specialised operating companies in inspection, collateral management and related services throughout Africa. The current site leads with SIS Inspections. This page leads with the group, so a visitor understands who they are dealing with before they choose a service.

SIS Inspections began in Zimbabwe in 1992, when drought relief cargo arriving in the region had to be checked and verified. The group now has an inspections and collateral-management footprint in more than 25 African countries, with head office support from Port Louis.

Figures above are taken from the current SIS Inspections website, including the leadership line on collective experience hours. They should be confirmed before publication.
